What the Google Play listing says
Learning a language's verbs means first knowing what they mean, then knowing how to conjugate them. VerboQuiz does both, in six languages, with no account and no connection.
🌍 SIX LANGUAGES, THIRTY COMBINATIONS
English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. You pick the language you are learning AND the one you want it explained in. All thirty combinations are already in the app: switch between them whenever you like, and each pair keeps its own progress.
✅ WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
- 422 verbs per language (423 for French), chosen for how often you actually need them
- 12 tenses for Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French and English; 9 for German
- All six persons, including the polite forms each language has of its own
- 3,046 vocabulary words in 12 categories: everyday life, important situations, travel, settling in the country, relationships, leisure, work, cars, animals, numbers…
🎯 HOW IT WORKS
- One card per verb: full table, pronunciation, one example per tense
- Four quizzes: conjugation, pronouns, verb meanings, vocabulary
- Runs of 10, 20 or 50 questions — or an endless mode, to keep going without returning to the menu
- Themed collections: first verbs, cooking, travel, work, irregular verbs…
- A personal library: set aside what you want to work on, then revise that selection alone
- A "My memory" screen showing, verb by verb and tense by tense, what is solid and what is starting to slip
🧠 BUILT FOR REAL LEARNING
Every irregular verb explains its own irregularity instead of making you suffer it. The traps specific to YOUR language pair are spelled out: ser or estar in Spanish, essere or avere in Italian, sein or haben in German, avoir or être in French. And words with two meanings carry their definition, so a question never has two right answers.
📈 COACHING THAT ADAPTS TO YOU
The app tracks how you do verb by verb, tense by tense, pronoun by pronoun and word by word. When something weakens, it tells you and offers a short, targeted review — instead of making you start all over again.
🤖 AN ENCOURAGING COACH, NOT A STRICT TEACHER
No humiliating scores, no streak you must not break. When something will not sink in, it simply suggests narrowing the selection and taking it again calmly.
🔒 NO ACCOUNT, NO INTERNET NEEDED
All the content ships inside the app. Nothing to create, nothing to connect, no sign-up. On a train, on a plane or with no signal, everything works exactly the same.
Pick your language pair and start now.
